A new district takes shape.
"The Park" is being developed as a forward-looking, mixed-use district in a central location in Steinhausen. Ten buildings serving various functions will be constructed on the spacious site, creating a vibrant ensemble that combines living, working, and social interaction. Completion of the buildings is expected from summer/autumn 2029 onwards.
Spanning approximately 35,200 m² of gross floor area, the project comprises 227 residential units alongside attractive commercial spaces – all embedded within a carefully designed, park-like environment.
